Event Details & Policies
Thank you for choosing Sandbox Restaurant & Bar for your event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following event details and policies.
Reservation & Pricing
The Treehouse & Garden event spaces are available for $50 per hour with a two-hour minimum. (Note: The Treehouse rate will increase to $100 per hour during patio season and will accommodate just over 80. Any bookings for dates After March 20th will be at the Patio Season Price. )
The total rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
For main floor reservations or private venue buyouts, please contact us for a custom quote.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to your final bill.
Food & Beverage Policy
All food and beverages must be provided by Sandbox Restaurant & Bar.
Cakes, cupcakes, and other celebratory desserts are welcome. If you're looking for something special, Addie from Addie’s Sunshine & Treats can provide delicious, high-quality desserts. Ask us for details!
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the event.
Partial refund for cancellations made 3-13 days before the event.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
Event Space Usage
You may access the event space 30 minutes before your reserved time for setup. Additional setup time is subject to an hourly charge.
If your event extends beyond the reserved time, the hourly rental fee will apply, pending availability.
Weather Policy
We understand that Midwest winters can make travel difficult and unsafe. If severe weather conditions prevent you or your guests from safely attending, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost. In extreme cases where rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at management’s discretion.
Accessibility
Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible with an elevator to all levels for guest convenience.
